Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Mobile number. Used only to send your one-time sign-in code and to identify your account.
• Habit data. Habit names, descriptions, schedules, weekly goals, reminder times and completion records you create.
• Payment records. Plan, status, amount and order reference. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Cashfree and never reach our servers.
• Security logs. IP address, browser user agent and outcome of sign-in code requests, kept to prevent abuse.

How we use it

• To sign you in and sync your habits across devices.
• To process and confirm subscription payments.
• To protect the service against spam and fraudulent sign-in attempts.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Optional AI features

AI reflections and coaching are off by default. When you turn them on and request a suggestion, we send only the relevant habit name, weekly progress, streak and completion rate to OpenRouter (routed to OpenAI's GPT-4o mini). No mobile number, account identifier or payment information is included. Nothing is sent while the feature is off.

Service providers

• MSG91 — delivery of sign-in codes by SMS.
• Cashfree Payments — subscription payments.
• Supabase — secure database and authentication hosting.
• OpenRouter / OpenAI — only when AI features are enabled by you.

Retention and deletion

Habit data is kept until you delete it. Sign-in codes expire within 10 minutes. Security logs are kept for a limited period for abuse prevention. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings, and the deletion is immediate and permanent.

Your rights

You can access, export, correct or delete your data from Settings, or by writing to us. Requests are answered within 30 days.

Children

Continuum is not intended for anyone under 13 years of age.
