Your account

You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code. Keep access to that number secure — anyone who receives your code can access your account. You must be at least 13 years old.

Free and Pro plans

• The free plan includes habit tracking, reminders, calendar and insights for up to three habits.
• Continuum Pro costs Rs 299 for one month and adds unlimited habits and the AI coach and weekly reflections.
• Each payment covers one month. Access ends when the paid period expires unless you pay again.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, request sign-in codes for numbers you do not control, or use Continuum for anything unlawful.

Continuum is a self-improvement tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified professional for health decisions.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running, but it is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. We may update features and these terms; material changes will be shown in the app.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to Continuum is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
